You may have heard of the Autism Spectrum. . .more specifically Aspergers Syndrome (officially pronounced Os-per-gers) is on the lower end of the scale and we have a child diagnosed with it. Hes a wonderful and high energy kid most of the time, and will do well in this world. This article describes him about 80%, and the 80% that describes him, is him to a T. The thing he obsesses most about is his music. Thats not all that bad, now is it!? I think hes probably written 100+ songs and without much instruction is skilled on electric guitar, acoustic guitar, piano, ukulele, percussion and singing. He picks up on things pretty quickly. Thomas Jefferson was thought to be Aspergers Syndrome, and half of Silicon Valley software programmers are also. The guy who invented Pokemon (Satoshi Tajiri) is Aspergers as well as Dan Aykroyd, Daryl Hannah, Isaac Newton, Albert Einstein, Alfred Hitchcock, Hans Christian Andersen, Jim Henson (Muppets), Michael Palin (Monty Python), Henry Ford, Mark Twain, Michael Jackson, Thomas Edison, Beethoven, Mozart, George Orwell, Michelangelo, Charles Schulz (Peanuts), Charles Darwin, Bill Gates and others have had very similar traits and diagnosis.
