You may know that I dont mind singing the praises of folks worthy of my admiration and appreciation. Such an entity is Vistaprint. Ive been ordering business cards, stationery, etc. from them for years and Ive always been pleased. Well, this week, I was getting ready to order some new cards and I had a question about the colors on it. I called their toll free number and got the help I needed. Additionally, the lady sent an email with a proof of my order. Since I could tell it was perfect, I had already ordered by the time I checked my email. Then, when I opened it, there was a coupon code to save 20% off my order. So I called again and they refunded the 20% off my order. Why cant ALL companies operate this way? No wonder I keep going back to them.
