You need to be in control of the exercise, and right now you are not, Consistency and then adjustment. Anders Lindsjos methods of instruction are really something special to watch. His question of Was it good enough? is not just about pleasing others, but to ensure that you practice your craft to the absolute best of your abilities even without the instruction of others. This training technique of repeating a single movement over and over again is extremely taxing on the mind, it requires full concentration even for the most minute of movements. For most of us, this might be a huge part of our training that is severely overlooked. Challenge: Take a movement that you know you struggle with or want to improve on and spend about 15 minutes practicing it with full concentration on top of your regular workout. This can be used as a warm up or cool down or just for fun! Do this for a month and if you are consistent you will see massive improvements in the weaknesses you had. This is how champions are made.
