You study the Scriptures, because you think that in them you will find eternal life. And these very Scriptures speak about me! Yet you are not willing to come to me in order to have life. (John 5:39-40). God expects His children to become mature people, reaching to the very height of Christ full stature through our knowledge of the Son of God. And the only way to get knowledge about the Son of God is to study the Scriptures which speak about Him. My dear, you need to study the Scriptures and know how the Son of God was able to overcome every mountain which came his way, so that life will become very easy and without stress for you.
