Miska Oksanen traveled to Sarajevo recently to bring Bijelko and Teddy to their new homes in Finland. But due to Lufthansa making a last minute airplane change, the dogs could not go. This was devastating to everyone involved, and also costly as the dogs had to be returned to stay in pension. But Miska did not give up on Teddy or Bijelko. On the 17th of November she is making an OVERLAND trip, with her step-father who will drive from Finland to pick them up. AND: Miska has found homes for two more dogs! Cashel and Snookums, and plans to bring them back too, if she can fit all dogs into the car. Miska will also be loading up the car in Finland with almost 800 kg of supplies, she has around 150-200 kg of dog and cat food, collars, blankets, dog beds, clothes and toys for the children of Roma families and blankets for dogs in Gladno Polje shelter were dogs are in a terrible state. Also supplies for some very sick cats.
