If u upload any copyrighted material and dont care about earning money on THOSE videos from the ads shown in the video, then just click acknowledge once uploaded n it matches with Youtubes Content ID system. If its a game video n the AUDIO matches, either A. Dispute it telling them its User Generated Content and the games site gives permission under their Terms Of Use (Go to that game sites page to find this n copy n paste that URL in the dispute on here if anything in a GAME video matches... If its something like Guitar Hero or Rocksmith though, most likely Youll have to click Acknowledge so u cant earn money off those videos. or B. Start recording ur games with the background music MUTED, cuz YouTubes system will detect the music with ease eventually... Example would be a wrestling game that matches an entrance song... U then have every right to dispute this, but ur video MUST contain mostly a controller in ur hand... Meaning cutscenes and game clips are harder to do unless ur using copyright free audio...
