Youtube has finally unlocked 60fps, however there are some catches: It doesnt look like it will apply to older files uploaded with 60fps, and currently only works in Chrome and apparently IE (dont use it, so test on your own). Youtube still highly compresses the video, even with a high bitrate source file, but you can definitely see the higher framerate. The clearest view of this starts around 08:45 ish.
