Yummy lunch today, normally my sister and I put dinner on before we go to school so by the time mum gets home it is ready to serve. Today its bolognese sauce consisting of tinned tomatoes, tomato sauce, balsamic vinegar, red wine, Worcestershire sauce and mixed herbs. For lunch I put it on a bed and Zoodles :) shaved zucchini and carrot rather than pasta. Its a healthier and lighter alternative and I honestly think it tastes no different... The best thing is after eating it doesnt make you feel heavily full.
