Yup the new cans are dangerous. While refilling the mower some gas spilled because I needed two hands to hold the can and a third hand to open the spout properly. Gasoline on a hot engine block. I lost the hair on my hands in about 1/10th of a second. If I hadnt jumped backwards and released the spout it could have caused me to spill even more gas and an even larger fire. And you can longer buy the old fashioned spouts. Only the new EPA approved ones which are fires just waiting to happen.
