ZIM DANCEHALL officially banned... It has come to the presidents attention that Zim Dancehall concerts have been the most barbaric with rebels, bully & unruly artists & fans. Cd Mugabe is vicious and said that Zim dancehall artists & their fans are certainly uncouth to continue with such kind of music genre. However, he has ordered the government to swipe away Zim dancehall industry. Mr Mugabe view Zim dancehall with suspicion and scorn as he view it (Zim dancehall) as a threat to our freedom and cultural way of life. He also said that the birth of Zim Dancehall has brought out death in popularity of local traditional music because of local artists who are trying to emulate western music icons.
