Description Position Code: STWP-WA 14 Job Summary Two WASH Assistants will be stationed in Zvishavane and the other two in Shurugwi and will report directly to the Project Manager in Zvishavane. The WASH Assistant will oversee the planning, implementation and monitoring of The Small Towns WASH in Zvishavane or Shurugwi. S/he will manage project resources, facilitate capacity building trainings, provide technical backstopping and maintain good stakeholder relationships. S/he will be responsible for effective achievement of project deliverables as well as making recommendations on adjustments in the implementation plan. Requirements Qualifications and experience: Diploma in public Health or equivalent At least 3 years experience at Project Field Assistant level in NGO or community development work Previous experience on WASH related projects is an added advantage.
