Zane didnt have a good day. They werent able to do any cpap trials today. This afternoon all of his vitals turned for the worse, they had to increase the vent rate again to 30, they gave him another dose of the paralytic, increased his propofol to keep him sedated and more comfortable. The goal is to let him rest tonight, and try some things tomorrow. No plans of extubation in the near future unfortunately. God is Good!
