Zeus is a gorgeous little boy who came to us with a very bad wound after a supporter found him and his sister, Paris, and brought them to the Pound. Zeus wounds were already several days old and were affected by fly strike. Zeus was also dehydrated and had a serious infection. He was treated with IV fluids, antibiotics and pain relief and has had daily treatment by the team with reconstructive surgery happening this week which he is recovering well from. He and Paris have also both been neutered, vaccinated and treated for worms, ticks, fleas and lice. Paris is going to her new home very soon, but Zeus has not yet have found his forever home. Once his stitches come out in 10-14 days he will be available for adoption and the team are all pleased he is making such great progress. Thanks to Jennifer for her donation towards his treatment.
