...and the answer is...a double yes :) Just as when I attempt to bake a cake, I always get stressed if Im bringing it somewhere, wondering if itll be good... So, on that tone, I decided to make a Moroccan-style lamb tagine today, as an answer to yesterdays riddle, and as an idea of what I could make when first inviting my new friend, Michel over for dinner. And...it turned out really pretty great! I mustve used a combination of 12 or more different spices (have I ever mentioned how I so adore spices?), plus 4-5 different types of dried fruit, combined with fresh herbs, veggies, and slow time cooking, and Ive gotta say, it smells so good, I felt emboldened enough to call and invite him, and he said yes , and will be here tomorrow... There. Ive gone and done it now. After making a list of at 10 really great (imho) excuses of why to run away! And, uhhhhm, no...there will be no breakfast. lol Despite all innuendoes, Im kinda old-school...
