anybody who has seen the ch4 come dine with me has probally seen this italian dish, a rather attractive 60 something women managed to cook it to perfection in just 8 minutes for 4 people, I have to do it for 2 fingers crossed, cooked asparagus wrapped in parma ham then lightly grilled as a starter, then sea bass, new potatoes and watercress cooked in rosemary, Just in case it goes wrong I have a couple of pizzas in the fridge for jess and some bananas and fruit for me
