The arrangement is like this: (1) Narendra Modi pays a group of people who cheer for him and boo his political opponents in front of their house/in front of them. This is the way Narendra Modi functions. He wants to create a -ve atmosphere against his political adversaries. (2) The most notable thing (which proves that narendra Modi paid these groups) is, when this booing goes on, Narendra modi sits idle and seems to enjoy. If this was Bajpayee, I am sure, he would have stood up to appeal to crowd, if you do like this I will leave the stage. Shut up!!!
