as this big moon rises over perth, i am in awe at how quickly this journey comes to a close. this trip to australia has been nothing short of powerful. our return home brought laughter, tears, and vivid prayers awakening. so proud of the band, our team, our ohana, our tribe. roots growing deeper every time we water. gratitude to all our amazing friends who helped build a home for us here. to Lock the Gate, for always showing up and teaching us about these water wars and how we really have a chance at fighting back and winning on a local and national level. to sea shepherd, for your entire crew for always showing up and distributing powerful material in promotion of protecting our marine life. for two months now weve taken on a massive movement to pray for our waters both within and without - our grassroots movement is growing exponentially and some days i cant help but smile eyes at the mysterious magic of the whole thing. releasing Wash It Away and having Domino Walczuk here to document and create with us was so special. we cant wait to show you what weve got! being able to support singer/songwriters with big messages and heart like Love Dustin Thomas is such a gift. thank you, little buffalo. having my dear, dear brother Trevor Hall here by my side to offer wisdom and laughter and prayer a song...a treasure i will keep close. and to think, weve only just begun. to Chase Makai and Justin Chittams be such solid rocks...mahalo, my bois.
