before abram their was no monotheist belief and everyone was sacrificing animals and worshiping many gods under Rome then at the age 90 years and 9 god came to abram and god made a covenant saying walk with me and you will be perfect i will give you many things and you will have kids and you descendants will be through the stars and you can have all the land of kainen and all you have to do is circumcision and his children must follow the covenant as well but for this deal god gave abraham and his desendants a great nation and the jews became his people. now this is the begining of judaism and then when jesus was born judaia was his home and it was roman, when jesus came to be the romans tried to get everyone to follow the old ways of judaism and follow the old ways and they was like us in the fact if born poor you stayed that way and jewish tribes was basically lower class, jesus was not for the old ways and he rebelled he spoke against the rich saying its easier for a camel to go through the eye of the needle then for rich to go to heaven , that the meek are the blessed that last will be first and first last and he was pretty radical . it is a good note that even though he was said to have done miracles many people had a weak version of what was a miracle in these days (and yes you ask if he was just a rebel why would he call himself the son of god? i answer you easy , the ruler augustis at this time gone by the title of son of god and even wrote that he was the son of god on all currencies. jesus being a rebel took and proclaimed himself this title and that mocked augustis. so he was put to trial and condemned as a rebel and crucified as they did rebels.) but you ask then how did he return? well this wouldnt be so hard as a leader of a rebel group at the end of the romans great nation he would have known all his work would fail if he died as the son of god so during a set time he likely took a circle of followers and staged his arising) but there was guards.... ( easy enough like all rebellions they probably had inside men gaurds that told them when they would take watch and jesus said he would rise in the day that they claimed watch ) this would show him to be the true son of god overthrowing augustiss claim and hurting rome. . reason the jews believed him as son of god also 1)jews believed the messiah would come in a time of trouble and at this time rome for jews was a troubling time. 2)prophecy of the messiah fit jesus . isaia said the messiah would be misunderstood and mistreated 3) the prophecy said when the messiah came there would be a new everlasting kingdom and for the people that was so hopeless this was great enough hope to make them want to believe.augustis and jesus was both considered the sons of god both called the savior of the world but jesus was homless bum and augustis was a roman emporer. why did they follow christ. because the romans took the holy land from jews and made life alot worse for one and secondly because saul who later took the name paul gone around to all the jews and said you who follow christ dont have to call yourselfs jews and dont have to follow jewish law such as the covenant anymore just ask jesus for forgiveness. so not having to circumcise made thousands of followers to a new faith built by revolutionary activist christs words and raised up by paul. christianity wasnt totally accepted so the jews that followed christ was kind of following underground and used the term ixoye which was an acronym for jesus christ gods son savior and it looked like a fish and having that fish let people know you was in the brotherhood of christians without outsiders knowing it. so christ came in to rome during a decline where you may thought end of world would come and roman gods didnt believe in heaven and since they was thinking the world was ending they followed the one who promised heaven.
