belly fat is no different than any other fat on your body. It is just concentrated more and is always the last to go, therefore it is a MYTH that you can target belly fat differently than in any other part of your body. fat is fat no matter where it lies on your body and High Fat food is NOT what causes fat on your body, it is sugar, plain and simple sugar based products cause fat on body including breads and pastas and wheat containing products because they cause your body to not burn fat by causing insulin resistance and your body ends up working against itself. It is what it is, the FACTS speak for themselves. So please eat your fats from meats and eggs and coconut oil and avocados and stay away from the lowfat poisonous fake foods and YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT AND BE HOT! :-)
