big rig dreams to keep family w me SUN VALLEY, CA Hi my name is Lorraine. My daughter when she was 3 years old was molested. We had to do alot of therapy for her and all of us to deal with this horrific tradegdy. Ultimately the results were that i lost my job, due to all of the appointments and care i had to devote to her and mending our family. We couldnt make enough to keep a roof over our heads. After two years of therapy and horesbackriding for therapy for her. It was a really slow healing process and her nightmares just werent getting any better. Unless dad was home, My husband James is a Truck Driver and like all little girls my daughter is a daddys girl and all the time he spent away was not good for her or any of us at that time. So when we los our home we made a decision to go on the road with him so as to not be seperated anymore. We decided to home school the children and ride with him full time in the truck. I teach the children while he drives. I am currently in the process of trying to aquire my Class A drivers license so that ican also contribute to the driving. In hopes of saving some money and trying to save for home where my children will be safe. We are currently working on our credit, Well now that we are on the road and trying to figure out how we can make this a better expierience for the children and make enough money to purchase a home. We are trying to purchase our own truck just a really cheap one but one that is large enough to accomodate our large family. You see in addition to our 2 children ages 6 and 8, we also have 2 dogs one very small and one large dog. I know sounds crazy but well we couldnt just leave them anywhere and they are important to us all. We plan on buying a truck and adding a used sleeper we found to it to make it large enough for us. In order to do this we have to stretch the frame. We are asking for a little help from good samaritans so that we can acheive this goal to help our children feel alittle bit more freedom in the truck. It is really important that we are able to have more space. We can achieve this all for just thirty thousand dollars. So please if you can help us. We will be able to make three times more money with our own truck and buy a house faster. Keeping our family together has been a real struggle and we just feel that with everything going on in the world today like no god in schools, school violence,the leaership of our government failing, terrorist attacks. I believe it is essential to stay together. We are tryin everything we can do to make a better life for the children and our family.
