Governmental and State Political Power comes with Obligations and - TopicsExpress

Governmental and State Political Power comes with Obligations and Responsibilities. Its not for do as you please. There is a national Constitution to be followed and where the Constitution is not being followed, clear explanations should be given to avoid a constitutional violation and crisis which can cause impeachment if the constitutional violation is by an elected public official, or which can cause loss of confidence in the involved persons or which can result in the commission of crime for which one can be prosecuted. As it stands right now, His Excellency, President R.G Mugabe is constitutionally obliged to unveil 1 or 2 appointed VP/s and Cabinet by the end of today. If the President fails to do so, that will be a failure to uphold the national Constitution which is an impeachable offence if its willful violation of the Constitution. On the other hand, the Clerk of Parliament is obliged to cause the swearing in of Parliament by end of today so that the terms of the President and Parliament run concurrently as per constitutional obligation and if the Clerk of Parliament fails to uphold the Constitution, then its an offence for which he can be fired from the job. It may sound practically impossible but if God wills it, it will happen if ruling authorities take the people for granted too much.
