Pls this is the true ownership structure; Tshonga farms are owned by Tshonga Farm Holdings. Tshonga farm holdings is owned by Banks and KWSG. There are 5 Banks, who provided 1B Equity & 1.5B debt for the farm investments, thus owning 75% of Tshonga farms Holdings. The KWARA state Government provided land and other Equipments which gives KWSG 25% of ownership of Tshonga Farms Holdings. As for individual farmers and farms; Tshonga Farms Holdings owns 60% of each individual farm, while the farmers own 40% of their farms. I hope this has settled ownership issues and questions!
