caller says he/she witnessed a woman in a car yelling at a small child on a bike, the car drove off to a residence, the child went home. the caller does not want to provide an address or details about the incident, just the street that it occurred on...wants police to know about it...because theyre apparently psychic and will know all the details without help...you know what, forget the K9 officer, lets get a psychic on staff...perhaps then they can find the taco rock too!
