cant believe how piss poor Filinvest really are... received a phone call from them yesterday wanting to resolve the issue of stealing 2 3 million pesos (if I include property increase would be double this0 .... not wanting begging for one last chance I was asked to send my request for repaying the amount by email ...this is my reply... To whom it May concern Further to your telephone conversation today on the 17th March 2014 requesting me to meet with your Area Manager, as I mentioned on the phone I see no point in wasting any more of my valuable time to discuss something I have been trying to do since November 2013. I am leaving for the USA at the end of the week and will not be returning to the Philippines anytime within the next 2 years. I was asked by Filinvest to formally request the return of the TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED PESOS (P2,3000,000.00) that I have paid to you, I fully understand you will have administration cost and most companies worldwide charge between 10-15%, I have no objection to you charging me 15% which would amount to THREE HUNDRED AND FORTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P345,000.00) which would mean a return to me the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED AND FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P 1,955,000.00) This should be a simple email to answer within 24 hours as the outcome will be a simple YES or NO…. I have already been told twice by Grace S Fuentes this would be discussed at a meeting at the end of December and again at your award ceremony at the end of January, so your senior management team should be fully aware of this situation unless as I mentioned in my email this was just a lie.
