#captureyourgrief #whathealsyourheart Day 13: Season Autumn will always be Fionas season. She was born in the fall, on our 5th wedding anniversary and the day after he daddys birthday. Last fall we couldnt wait to be home with her, I decorated for Halloween and the weather was finally cool enough for her to be outside. Today marks 4 months since she passed. On this day, 4 months ago, I held my baby girl as she took her last breath...as her heart took its final beat. Now she holds me as I struggle to navigate this world without her here. This fall, I sit on the ground in a cemetery, crying over her grave. This will never feel real. But autumn will always be her season...next week would have been her 2nd birthday. But there is no party, no presents, no joyful giggles and silly babbles. Would she have been crawling by now? Have finally said mama? Eating more solid foods? Standing while holding onto my hands? Ill never know. All I know is now she flies with angels.
