*cheesy status alert* just about to hit the hay ahead of the big charity row tomorrow, and cant stop thinking about how lucky I am to be part of this wee village. In the last week alone, weve had the gala committee work their balls off to throw the best Gala the bairns have seen in years (still raging at myself for that pisspoor effort in the eating competition lol!), the club committee achieve the impossible to get oor club back up in lights - not to mention people giving up their Saturday nights to work behind the bar and collect glasses unpaid so everyone could enjoy themselves (total legends) - and tonight has just blew me away even further! I cant get to sleep without thanking every last person thats sponsored me and team TOK for our 2 day- 27 mile row of Loch Ness. Totally overwhelmed at the generosity of this place, within the last hour you have literally helped us SMASH our £1000 target, meaning each of our 3 charities will receive at least £333 each, which is just incredible! Honestly, I thank everyone enough for your sponsors/emails/messages and texts of support!
