*childish giggle* - Yep.... if you keep reading you will see how immature and over tired my brain is.... may offend some. Ok so Im cramming in the rest of my overdue assignment and it has come to a part where I need to write a Q&A on Performance Management System that staff may ask. There are example questions. Before I continue I need to point out that the text book that I use abbreviates Performance Management Systems to PMS (see where Im going with this?). [Direct quote from the example questions in my text book] What benefits does PMS have? The current PMS appears to be too much work. Can it be more efficient? With this Companys PMS, Will there be any peer appraisal? What happens if I dont like my Managers PMS? ... and the list goes on. DID they read this before publishing it? I feel that could have either NOT abbreviated it OR changed the wording to not look as sus.
