#coffeestatus I was involved with and working with an agency (not saying who) who tried to manipulate me and change my hair color then turned down three photo shoots worth of photos. Have not signed me yet, but they dont know that Im no longer interested in them. My SIGNATURE HAIR COLOR NOW GONE because of them!!! Thats part of my brand and all of my portfolio. That will take me months if my hair can even handle it to get that perfect shade of blonde back or Ill get it back and have so much breakage that my hair will by beyond frizzed and falling out. Smh. They put me in a beginners class and forced their overpriced photographers, stylists and HMUA on me. (Yeah like Im really going to pay a stylist anything for styling the upper half of my body ONLY for a head shot and pay an HMUA for foundation and a tiny bit of mascara...whats a the matter witha youa?!) THANKS. But Ill find another more professional agency that doesnt take over a month to schedule an intake appointment via email and refuse to call me. Its like Im being given the run around so I have no choice but to quit because they suddenly dont seem to want to represent me it seems. Hmmm... Their loss. Ill just fade out of their sight. I just wanted an agency so bad....grrrrr!
