confession #6702 Hello! I am a guy from Arunachal Pradesh. It is not a confession rather it is message specially for our North Eastern brethren. HEARTBROKEN!!! ASHAMED!!!! A debate was going on in the Times of India page regarding the recent murder of a Mizo girl in New Delhi.You know what they said about the incident? North East girls are morally loose! They are attracted to the guys living in cities like Delhi,Bangalore...because of their money and lifestyle! Some even went to the extent of saying that if we compare the girls from mainland Indian society and North East,most of them will not hesitate to go into the bed with guys. ...as they are from tribal society...whereas their girls have more cultural values!!! At first,I was dumbstruck!!! Then I checked the profiles of every person commenting and then realised that...these people truly hate us! Not only young people like me...but some senior people,many of them...educated people ...men and women alike...began condemning the people from NE.One of them said...no any other group from India cries about racism..but only NE people...because their girls are greedy for money...and their boys..drug addicts!!! One fine women,Ms. Arpita Rao even said that she used to have a friend from Arunachal Pradesh who used to tell her that she only likes guys from Chandigarh because the guys back home werent good looking! When she asked whether her parents will allow her to marry outside her community,she blatantly replied that once we are grown up,we no longer live under our parents...and is free to decide whom to marry! And then,she goes on to add that our society isnt still developed,and the dead of the Mizo girl was because of her own fault!!! I WAS ASHAMED OF MYSELF...BEACAUSE I HAVE SEEN OUR GIRLS COMMENTING IN THIS GROUP TOO...ASKING WHATS WRONG IN BEING WITH MAINLAND GUYS!!! UNAWARE OF THE FACT THAT THEY JUST THINK OF YOU AS A WHITE CHINKY DOLL..TO BE PLAYED WITH...AND DISCARD WHEN BORED!!! I SILENTLY LEFT THAT DEBATE WITHOUT SAYING ANOTHER WORD FOR I KNOW...THE WRONG LIES WITHIN US! THANK YOU SISTERS!!! YOU MADE ME AND THE WHOLE STATE PROUD!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
