dear doctors...it is to inform you all that the HEALTH ACT 2014 which forwarded to assembly is unacceptable to whole doctor community because (1) it include the dissolution of PGMI which will led to same condition is in punjab where all induction is done under INFLUENCE WITHOUT FOLLOWING THE MERIT.(2) IBP has been introduced without including consultation of stakeholders and there proposal and all those who will not do IBP IS DECLARED IS DYING CADRE(3) The AUTONOMY of institute is completely handed over to the POLITICIAN AND ESTABLISHMENT WHICH ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESTRUCTION OF THE SYSTEM(4)SR has been removed from teaching cadre which is a biased decision and the DIRECT INDUCTION of TMO as JR has been removed as suggested byPDA (5)There is no role or share in IBP for most working group that is TMO,S AND HO,S(6) GOVT is still unable to provide a safe place for the coming as well as working juniors doctors.The govt whole POLICY will led to brain drain as well as destruction of the health system .WE have already shown our reservation on it and we have requested all including juniors and seniors to take part in this struggle for himself as well as our coming generation.WE WILL DO A PRESS CONFERENCE TO GIVE OUR STRATEGY FOLLOWED BY FURTHER AGITATION AND FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHT.WE HOPE ALL ASSOCIATION WILL BE THERE AT PRESS CLUB AT 1PM DATE 02-01-15.THANKING YOU MEDIA CELL PDA
