did not do my p90 this morning, the cardio disc is hard on the ankle, and it is still too sore from road running yesterday. guess that means I will have to do it when I get home (skipping is not an option). I had a really rough time on that run too. I was trying to jog as slow as I could (5mph was the goal). turns out I was going 6mph, which felt ridiculously slow, but I was getting winded after a couple of minutes running (as opposed to the mile to mile and a half on the treadmill) I was expecting that my legs would be a little more sore today from running outside. I was not expecting to outrun my (current) lung capacity. So I now have a plan. as my main source of exercise when I am on holidays over xmas will be running, I am going to have to start building my speed and endurance to be able to run for long periods outdoors. Treadmill goal: 3.1 miles @ 6 mph (10min/mile). Current Best: 1.5 miles @ 5 mph (12min/mile).
