didnt really understand all of this .. but what I did understand is that the cop was being confrontational with the parent and it was the cop that was guilty of disorderly conduct .. and not the man that was arrested ... now the cop can lie on his police report all he wants and they frequently do as a routine procedure .. and charge the man arrested for what the cop is guilty of and this is what happened that I reviewed .. so essentially its a false arrest and the Supreme Court has said there is a price on the violation of constitutional liberties .. so this guy who was arrested .. should have a good pay day ... if he has a decent attorney who really knows the law .. and the regulations thereof .. I hope he gets a million .. the cop like all cops hide behind the corporate vial of protection .. but if the father wanted to .. he can personally file a separate lawsuit against the cop .. without the corporate vial .. that is what the Supreme Court has recommended to be done. .. because if a cop is acting on his own accord .. the cop is liable .. but these kind of suits I believe need to go into the federal courts and not the State courts .. in State courts .. the State Judges are pro choice police and they always defend the corporate agenda.
