doing research on banks all night. horrified by the stories i read about the big banks greed and misconduct. it looks like the answer is...join a credit union! :D member owned and non profit. if managed according to their mission...profits go back into the community they serve and as savings on interest for their members. I will see... another option would be, socially responsible small banks. for now, I will be choosing a credit union
