✨#dontforgettobreathe✨ Woke up yesterday morning in a scene from Out of Africa in a safari lodge overlooking Lake Kacheeri in the middle of Lake Mburo national park. This was my rise and roll out of the tent meditation as the sun rose and day broke. Then we spent the rest of morning on horseback in nature spotting impalas, buffalo, monkeys, zebras, and more. I kept thinking holy ! 1)Im on a horse 2) how beautiful this life is. Who knows what comes next or how long any of it will last, that is one of the mysteries of our human experience on this planet. All I have to say now as I make my way back to the states is, Thank you Universe for sending me to Africa and teaching me a bit on #trust. #universehasyourback #ugandarocks #outofafrica
