energies are high ............Oh Bless, how many of you feel like you are sitting in a centrifugal, the spinning, releasing all that is no longer working for you, each intensive spin, revolving faster and faster, to really reach the core? So many things are being shown to us all, many our minds, truly do not wish to know, though know and understand we must, we have too, to be able to release, them. Disappointment is rife, anger at what is being shown, sadness and even fear. So lets take disappointment ...now why should we be disappointed ..? ah yes we must have had expectations ! Anger hmmmmmmmmmm could be the anger is not for others, though often at ourSelf? Fear, thats an easy one to answer ... fear comes from not knowing, what we dont know,doesnt exist in our minds, so when we come across anything we do not understand... we fear it. Then comes sadness ... which combines all three. When we can UNDERSTAND this we need not fear ;O) ... when have no expectations of others, we cannot be disappointed, when we ACCEPT others as they are, maybe the anger can subside? To come together, RESPECT is important, ACCEPTANCE , TOLERANCE, COMPASSION and unconditional LOVE even more so. So you might like all to Look within, If you are not being accepted as you truly are, dont get angry, no need for sadness, nor disappointment. BE Who you truly are, show those who do not understand yet by example. If you need to walk away,do it, dont run ;O) walk, head up high and with LOVE in your Heart,l no one is to blame, this is not the shame/blame game,it cant be, because we do this and take responsibility for our action. It is our choice... Only when we ourselves have truly understood, when we accept ourSelf, Respect and Love ourSelf, can we experience the freedom of BEING.
