epawablogs/long-range-outlooks/ Hot off the press and updated long range outlook through July 15th, 2014.... and our early call on the eventually to be named Tropical Storm Arthur - dont be alarmed for our area except for high surf and rip currents at the NJ and DE beaches, further south if you or family members are traveling to Ocean City, MD and points south to Virginia Beach, and especially near Cape Hatteras and eastern North Carolina shoreline, you will want to follow the forecast closely on Friday. Our map of storm track/intensity will be up on the severe and tropics page later this evening. Again... Ocean City, MD and points south need to pay close attention. New Jersey and Delaware beaches we expect high surf and rip currents, but no direct impacts at this time.
