exactly 10 days since i smoked a cigarette!! its crazy that the hardest part so far was day 6 and 7 cuz i always assumed the first couple days was the hardest! but after stuffing myself today and then watching people go out to smoke after eating and smelling the smoke i wanted to go bum a cig but i managed to keep myself away even though i really wanted to go smoke! i feel like today was the ultimate challenge and since i didnt give in today then there isnt anything else that can break me! I just keep reminding myself that im doing it for my dad! He would be proud of me!! Happy Thanksgiving Dad!!! It aint the same without you!!!
