“fabulous boutique hotel, wonderful staff, amazing breakfast!!” 5 out of 5 Review on the 4th of September 2013 We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and definitely would stay there again. The hotel and furnishings are definitely 5 star and the the room and bathroom was spacious! Beds were comfortable and the breakfast room was gorgeous, just like the pictures. We loved the upstairs terrace and had drinks up there every evening! Stunning views and perfect service and drinks! The staff was amazing, super helpful, considerate and they made over 10 calls for me since my luggage was lost for 2 days! They kept in touch with the airline lost baggage dept. constantly and having them communicate in Italian was a blessing!! They went way beyond the call of duty and for that I am eternally grateful. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone! If I ever visit Taormina again, I would only stay at El Jebel! The location is so convenient and just in the heart of town for shopping, restaurants, etc.. We 3 loved this hotel and their staff!! thank you all again for a fabulous stay!
