#facts#. Theres nothing bad in having a lady as the FUNAABSU vice president or having a lady in the political line up but some facts needs to be known about each aspirants. Funaabites, its hightime we wake up to reality and lets not sto criticizing other candidates because you need people to vote for the candidate of your choice.. You tarnish image and you stain integrity. I want to tell everyone that we need a competent lady to occupy the post of the FUNAABSU vice president, not the one who is been used and pushed by some people. Imagine the lady who wants to occupy the post at the SUG level and she has no experience, all she has done is ordinary Gen H.O.C which am sure a dumb person could occupy and function well if trained and more so H.O.C is not a political post. Someone who has not served in a political post ever before who doesnt know what is going on in the system what does that kind of candidate have to offer us even Halfsalt who had served before at the NAAS level still had her own flop comapared to someone who have never been in a political post, worked with fellow excos or organise a week ever. Please lets our eyes be open to this and lets vote wisely. Secondly, this is a lady whom her flyer was torn to her face and she bursted into tears just because her flyer was torn, is this the kind of candidate we want for our Union whereby she cant even stand to talk to the management but to burst into tears when going get tough. How is this candidate going to represent us even during the period of struggle.. I want Funaabites to know that no one is against having a lady in the cabinet but we need a sensible, intelligent, vibrant, and articulate lady not a dull, sluggish and less capable one. Above all lets all get back to our closet and have a rethink that election should not be all about gender or religion, it should be about credibility and eligibilty, as long as we realise this in Funaab the sooner we have a better funaabsu which we have all been agitating for.
