.........first facebook post in 2.5 years. just became EMT certified. this is the biggest personal triumph in a long long time. for the longest time wanted to learn these practical skills. so did it. kept at it nights/weekends every night after my regular job. had no shortage of failures, struggles, re-dos, my usual chronic forgetful episodes ha...but stuck at it, stayed up late, studied on the bus, metro, wherever i got a spare moment...and mastered every one of those skills. and most important loved EVERY SINGLE MINUTE learning this crazy stuff. most rewarding thing ive done in like i dont even know when.
