first part of the cement fix. I had a different 1st video, but decided against it, I kinda popped off at the mouth and thats no good. what had happened was, the water company came and fixed some pipes in the building, and hadnt told anyone what was going on until mid progress. on the front of the building, just above this crack... theyd slapped the brick wall with the backhoe and loosened up a crack between the 2nd basement and 1st floor. The rain was a big tattle tale on their work. ( also, outside, theyd not put the rain gutter spouts back on correctly. pure laziness )
