(flashback) This YouTube video almost broke United Airlines back, costing them millions of $s in potential sales, public relations headaches, lost brand equity & respect...all because the airline staff was too damn arrogant & careless. You may have experienced this... Dave Carroll & his band take a United Airline flight..United employees smash up his Taylor guitar. When Dave asked for recompense, the company gave him the run around (sounds familiar?) and was denied compensation because he didnt file a written complaint within 24hours of the incident (whoa!). So Dave & the band wrote a song and created this video which quickly went viral. United Airlines realized its mistake but by then it was too late.
