from Simply Words on Blogger: This time I intend to develop in the open, like a cook in an open kitchen: -World and Space- World is the focus of Mythic and Modern times. Space is the focus of Future times. On World, Island is the greatest force through Mythic and Modern times. Island is succeeded by the Wise in Future times. In Space, the Wise are the greatest force and eventual victor in Future times. In Mythic times, Frontier is the land upon which much takes place. In Modern times, the Co-operate is the land upon which much takes place. Positive regions on Frontier in Mythic times are Kingdom and Unseen Living Wall. Neutral regions are the City Above, Maze Middling and Cavern Below; and River Town. Negative regions are the violent ones of Tyranny, the Predation and Infest. The greatest sinister force is Cabal. Kingdom and Unseen Living Wall are succeeded by the Co-operate in Modern times. Tyranny, Predation and Infest are succeeded by the War-machine; Cabal is succeeded by the Secret. In Future times, the War-machine becomes the Warmongers; the Secret becomes the Hidden. - Island of Mythic and Modern times on World has its own land, water and sky, and an extension, Islet, which can appear anywhere else. Within Island, all forms of terrain are present, which can lead to any other space, time and reality. - In Mythic times, City Above sits on a large plateau. Maze Middling is the myriad of caverns within the plateau, from City Above down to the foothills. Caverns Below continue the cavern network below the surface of the land underground. Unseen Living Wall surrounds Kingdom, providing an invisible buffer and border of small settlements and natural areas with a strong aura of goodness, reducing the power of any evil incursions. River Town sprang up at an intersection of two rivers, and borders nearby marshes with their own native folk.
