from my brothers fb page....a unique brat experience.... ~S I would like to take a minute and explain to anyone and everyone why I am a Denver Broncos fan, and will be for as long as I take air. In 1974, my dad was stationed at Tachikawa AFB in Japan. Our youth football teams name was up in the air. We had a few different teams that many of us young kids liked. Broncos, Packers, Raiders, Cowboys, just to name a few. We sent letters to each team asking for anything, that they could send us, that would assist us in making our team look more like the real teams. The Denver Broncos responded in a LARGE way. The Broncos sent us a huge box. Inside that box were decals and tape to do all our helmets, patches for coats, enough team pictures for every member of our team to have their own. We were just a youth football team far removed from Denver, and yet they spent the money and put in the effort to make a bunch of youth football players very very happy. Talk about making an impression on a 10 year old. Go Broncos
