If you do not push the pace this will be too easy for you. 30 min AMRAP 1. EQ Rows normal grip x10 2. EQ Rows reverse grip x 10 3. KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls x 10 4. Single alternating KB Swing x 10 ea arm 5. Plank hops x 10 ea 6. Scissor kicks x 30ea 7. Butt lift crunch x 20 completed 6 rounds with some support by the rompilla. massive headache was hindering my beast mode ):
