get to brag on my company for a minute: 1). were in the middle of our Davita Way of Giving campaign...our clinics can nominate charities to receive $1000 or more grants during this holiday season. Some of the clinics didnt give me a name or just told me to pick so I have gotten to spend some time reaching out to deserving folks being the hands and feet of Christ. I know the $$$ is a blessing to them but hearing their gratefulness is such a blessing to me and I am so thankful (and blessed-sorry for repeating) to be a part of a company that believes in sending ripples and giving back. 2). Teammates are sending in nominations for value awards to me to recognize their co-workers in their facilities going above and beyond. It makes my heart so happy to read these great words about my co-workers and to know theyll be rewarded for just doing their job but doing it with a smile on their face.
