got a $352 office visit bill for myself and a $218 office visit bill for my husband from the doctor. I call the insurance today as they are supposed to cover 4 office visits a year with a $35 copay from us. They say the wrong code was submitted but wont tell me what specific office visit codes are covered. Doctors office gives me attitude and say that they will look into resubmitting the claim but wont give me any further help getting my claim paid if they deny it again. Why do we pay hundreds a month for insurance again? Also, should a 15 second visit from an inattentive and rude doctor and a prescription for Amoxicillin merit a $352 bill? What a rip off from both parties.
