Regina has also worked as the official Pride photographer for Christopher Street West, host to Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Pride in Los Angeles, and San Diego’s annual pride parade and festival. Her photography gained national attention with the publication of her Historic HRC Equality Rocks photos. Regina was also the official photographer for Rock The Vote in 1999. Her celebrity subjects also include U2′s Bono, Beyonce, Jewel, Pink, Cher, Tom Cruise, Kevin Spacey, Charlize Theron, Queen Latifah, Jay Leno, Ellen DeGeneres, Melissa Etheridge, Gillian Anderson, Roy Rogers, George Michael, kd lang. Michael Jordon, Whitney Houston, Garth Brooks, Tony Bennett, Jewel, Sharon Stone, the cast of “The Sopranos,” and hundreds more. In 2003, Regina Paris received special permission from Grammy Award winner Melissa Etheridge to create a Photo Art project using an image that Paris took at the historic Equality Rocks concert in Washington DC.
