Everything happens for a purpose, for a reason in which God only knows. Remember that the greatest failure is the failure to try. Keep pushing and believing that you can, because if you want it, you must will it and if you will it, it will be yours. Todays success is the product of yesterdays hard work, persistence and sacrifices. First and above all, I would like to praise our Almighty Father for the blessings that he bestowed upon me. I strongly believe that being a topnotch-er requires a divine intervention and indeed God gave me more than what Ive asked from Him. Lord thank you so much for this auspicious start of my career as a nurse. I would also like to extend my sense of gratitude to the JRMSU family especially to the CNAHS department. To all my clinical instructors who took part in molding me to be an individual equipped with attitude, skills and knowledge in the nursing practice; my success is also yours. To the supplemental review team, I owe to the knowledge that I have about the concepts in nursing practice. Thank you for your precious time and effort. To the SLRC family, lecturers and staffs thank you so much for the opportunity that you granted to me, for being one of your scholars and for that enjoyable learning experience.
