We recognize that you put forth a tremendous amount of time and effort and we commend you on a job well done. We at ISSA feel it is important for you to have feedback on your performance as a tool to focus your future studies. Please take a moment to read the comments about your examination listed by section below. SECTION I 1) True/False and Multiple Choice: You did an excellent job in this section. Please review question 39 in the T/F and questions 15, 25 and 41 in the MC section. Overall you earned 192 points. 2) Overall you did an excellent job and earned 112 of the possible 120 points. Please review questions 4, 20, 22 and 28. 3) Learning Experiences (Long Essays): Overall you did a good job and earned 100 points in this section. While you addressed all the required assignments we would like to have seen more depth to your personal insights relating what you learned to the field. That being said, as a new trainer feel free to incorporate the Official ISSA Trainers’ Logo on your new or existing business cards or forms. Your future clientele will undoubtedly benefit from the hard work, dedication and determination you display in your own life and even more so benefit from your unbridled enthusiasm for fitness. We are happy to have you representing ISSA in Ormond Beach Florida. 4) Case Studies: We at ISSA gauge our potential trainers’ ability to develop a personalized, rational, and comprehensive program for their future clientele through the case studies. We would like to have seen more detail regarding your evaluation and assessment processes as well as more definitive clear links to what you recommended and why. None the less, overall you did a good job in your work and it was apparent by your programs that you now have a solid understanding of how to safely and effectively work with clients. That being said, you received 120 of the possible 160 points in this section. Overall you received 524 of the possible 600 points for an 87% final grade.
